Dr. Charles Swindoll, Chancellor of Dallas Theological Seminary gives us a great sermon on discipline and self control. Although we are born with a sinful nature, with the help of the Holy Spirit we have the power to will ourselves to choose right over wrong. The Spirit gives us strength over the desires of our sinful nature.
